Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Misback Consulting ("SharperPage", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use SharperPage at sharperpage.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Store URL you submit. When you enter a store URL, we fetch that store's publicly accessible storefront — product data and a screenshot of a product page — to generate a redesign mockup and critique.
- Contact details you provide. If you request a quote, we collect your name, email address, store URL, optional message, and the monthly-revenue range you select.
- Store revenue range. When you generate a redesign you may select an annual store-revenue range. We use it both to show you an estimated revenue uplift for the redesign and to prioritize and tailor our follow-up. It is a self-reported range, not exact figures.
- Technical data. Your IP address and basic request logs, used to operate and secure the Service (including rate limiting and abuse prevention).
- Analytics & cookies. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the Service is used. These tools set cookies and collect usage data such as pages viewed and device/browser information; Microsoft Clarity may additionally record interactions (clicks, scrolls, and session replays) to produce heatmaps. We do not use this data to serve advertising. These tools are off by default and load only after you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit; you can change or withdraw your choice at any time via Cookie settings in the footer.
2. How we use information
- To generate, host, and display your redesign mockup and design critique.
- To respond to quote requests and communicate with you about our redesign services.
- To operate, secure, debug, and improve the Service.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
3. How we share information (subprocessors)
We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers that help us run the Service:
- Anthropic — we send the product-page screenshot and product details to Anthropic's Claude API to generate the critique and redesign.
- Resend — to deliver lead-notification and confirmation emails.
- Railway — application hosting and database.
- Inngest — background workflow orchestration.
- Google (Google Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity) — website analytics and usage insights.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
4. Third-party storefronts
Mockups are generated from publicly available storefront content. Product names, images, logos, and copy remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to demonstrate a potential redesign — see our Terms and takedown policy.
5. Data retention
We retain generated jobs, mockups, and screenshots for as long as needed to provide the Service and then delete or anonymize them on a rolling basis. We retain lead/contact information until you ask us to delete it or it is no longer needed for the purposes above.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. the EEA/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@sharperpage.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.
7. International transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; we will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do.
